Everything about this place was perfect! the views of the sunset over the water were absolutely beautiful. the location is great too, as it's close to the surrounding gardens and a lovely park. Plus, it’s situated on a peaceful island, making it a lovely getaway. 🌅.

the atmosphere created was family. the family room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was immaculately clean with good space & nice aspect over bush garden.

This venue has friendly and incredible staff who bring a lot of humor, offers plenty of delicious food, and is excellently located in a beautiful area near the conference center.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the Koala trail and being able to stay directly on the island was a unique experience. The self-contained 3 bedroom cottage was well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook. Additionally, the bed was comfortable and the rooms had good space, providing a nice aspect over the bush garden.

The towels could use an upgrade.

We loved being close to walking trails and enjoyed seeing the wildlife around us. The bed was comfortable and the cleaning staff was friendly. We appreciated the key safe on the door which made check-in easy. it was a nice and relaxing romantic escape.

It would have been nice to have a wash area for dishes and more information about the facilities available. The parking lot was a bit of a walk from the room and we got soaked running to our room one day when it rained.

Fabulous location with beach view. Short walk to beach. Koalas and kangaroos on property. Good heating and kitchen facilities. Friendly staff and great wifi. Highly recommended.

You can enjoy watching the wildlife near the property, including kangaroos, echidnas, and koalas.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The price was reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious with a nice aspect over the bush garden, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The location, near the conference centre and with plenty of wildlife around, added to the charm of this hotel.

The only letdown was the WiFi connection, which could be improved.

The location was fantastic! We could easily access the nearby beach and Koala trail. the room was clean and very comfortable. We also liked how friendly the staff were and how accommodating they were to our requests.

The lighting around the hotel was very poor at night. We had trouble locating our room due to the lack of signs.

On my recent stay, I discovered that the best aspects were the location and hotel facilities. Being near the beach and surrounded by nature was amazing. I saw kangaroos, koalas, and even an echidna during my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the wifi internet that was available, which was better than my home connection.
